We have options to suit everyone…

Are you visiting over the weekend and feel like a class to shake off the stress of the week?

Then you can attend a class for $18 or $20 for RPM. EFTPOS is available.

If you just want to supplement your regular runs with a BodyPump class once per week then a 6 class concession card may be the best for you.

RPM $110 or $90 for all other classes.

For those planning on being a regular in a number of classes then a membership is best for you.

You get unlimited classes and open sessions. There is no joining fee and no contract to sign. $100 per calendar month plus $5 per RPM class attended (or $120 per month for unlimited RPM classes). Or if you prefer to just use our gym facilities then it is just $80 per month.

When you attend your first class…

Clothing: Remember to be wearing clothing that will allow you to move freely.

Shoes: For BodyBalance you need bare feet. In Pilates you work in socks or bare feet. All other classes you need covered shoes with a flexible sole and grip e.g. sneakers. If you are a keen cyclist then you may want to wear cycle shoes for the RPM classes. Our bikes are fitted for SPD cleats on the underside of the pedals.

Towel and Drink Bottle: We love to share our workout with others but not our sweat, so please bring a towel. It is important to keep hydrated so a water bottle is recommended but we do have a water fountain and cups. Bottled water is also available for purchase.

Health Questionnaire: Your health and safety is important to us and the information you enter in this form will help us recommend the best exercises and classes to suit you. It will only take a couple of minutes to complete so arrive for your first class a little early.
